Transferritin

I got my results for transferritin saturation. Right on borderline of normal. Low not high. Medichecks just talked about increasing iron in diet. Said no need to supplement as not too low. However I am currently trialling t3 only. Wonderful results. Feel so much better. TSH suppressed. T4 dropped to 12 but t3 in upper range. Waiting to do another blood test and go back to consultant. Any advice regarding iron please? ?

If Medichecks are talking about increasing iron in diet rather than taking supplements then that is easy - eat liver regularly and check other iron rich foods apjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/in...
