High levels of free cortisil compated to metabolized cortisol.

My result from my 24hr urine test came back as above. My cortisol measured during the times taken throughout the day were within normal range however my free cortisol is to high. What can i do to lower this? Im already taking pergnenalone as my hormones are low. I have to take this for 6 weeks then retest my thyroid labs. My functional med dr will prescribe me ndt.

Hi there, just read your post. So, are you saying your Free urinary cortisol is elevated, but your Serem Total Cortisol is normal ? What time did you do

your Serem test & did you do another later in the day ?
