I had the worse time with putting my email and password in to answer you! First WhenI was in I tried to sign the petition, but they asked for a passcode which was a first for me? Where I’m from US do I have a pass code, and am I able to sign petitions in the UK?

I think it must have been a postcode they were asking for. I'm not sure if non-UK residents can sign. Probably not.

Clutter, I have someone who is having a terrible time with her doctor and thyroid. I only met her on line and thought of you right away! How can I put her in touch with you? Her name is Lynn and she was at the end of her rope when I intervened

That petition is for UK residents only, I'm afraid. What they want is a British postcode - in the US it's called a zip code. The petition wouldn't accept a US zip code.
