I’ve got Graves too - I’m in remission at the moment though. I managed to massively reduce my antibodies by going completely gluten free. I started about three years ago and my antibody results have come down steadily in that time.
It would be worth giving that a try. I joined coeliac uk and got their handbook of GF ingredients and food plus access to their website fir recipes but there is loads online that will help. Just be sure to check out packaging for ingredient lists and if in doubt don’t eat it.
Think you just have to keep at it. Mine have come down steadily since January 2015. I’ve tested myself every three months or so to see what was happening and they are still coming down after all that time.
When I first started my thyroglobulin was 401.1 and peroxidase 31.3 lab ranges are < 115 for thyroglobulin and <34 for peroxidase
In January this year my thyroglobulin was 27.1 and my peroxidase was <9. I’m wondering how far they will fall, I wonder if they will even go altogether?
Yes but TSH needs to be right at bottom of range (sometimes below range) and FT4 at top of range (sometimes above) and FT3 at least half way in range - preferably nearer top of range
Vitamin D - above 80nmol and above 100nmol may be better
B12 towards or above top of range (especially if supplementing)
Folate and ferritin at least halfway in range
If TSH is rock bottom, FT4 towards top and FT3 still low in range you may need small dose Of T3
