Hi

When I was first diagnosed I had low antibodies (9 and 6) and a TSH of 21, and I had every symptom of Hashimotos. When I implemented things to feel better such as going gluten free, addressing vitamin deficiencies, taking selenium etc my antibodies actually went up but I felt a million times better. It can be the case that your immune system is too weak to produce antibodies and when you do things to make it better your your antibodies go up and then level out.
