I’m hashi. I just got my blood work done and the result came back today stating my tsh and thyroglobulin(tg) is low and fallen out of range. Is this something that I should worry about? Should I change my dosage of Levo? My results came back as below.
FT3: 2.61 (1.80-4.10)
FT4: 1.265 (0.81-1.89)
TT3: 0.718 (0.66-1.92)
TSH: 0.267 (0.38-4.34)
Tg: 0.98 (1.40-78)
Help please~ you’re help is much appreciated.

You are not biochemically overmedicated with TSH mildly below range and FT4 and FT3 low in range. There is no need to reduce dose unless you *feel* overmedicated.
In the UK thyroglobulin is ordered as a cancer marker for patients who have had a thyroidectomy due to thyCa. I'm not sure why your doctor ordered a thyroglobulin test when you are taking Levothyroxine.
A thyroglobulin test may sometimes be ordered when a person has symptoms of hyperthyroidism and/or an enlarged thyroid gland and the healthcare practitioner suspects that the person may have a thyroid disorder such as Graves disease or thyroiditis.31 Oct 2016
