I thought you were going to try some T3 as you are a poor converter.

Have you optimised your B12 and folate, and tests Vit D yet?

What about the Hashi's, are you now strictly gluten free and supplementing with selenium?

All the building blocks need to be in place, poor nutrient levels bring their own symptoms and no thyroid hormone will work properly unless they're optimal.

i didn't know where to buy T3 I am going to have a blood test from medichecks next week for B12 folate vit D and coeliac disease I did try gluten free but found it difficult to follow . as an older person I have to save up to get these private blood tests taken and money is tight so I can only get them done when I have saved enough .Will let you know what results are as soon as I get them

Your results in this post show high FT4 and low FT3

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Plus very low B12 and folate.

You really need to improve B12 and Folate first with good vitamin B complex and B12.

No vitamin D test either

Plus gluten free likely to help

More Levo may just increase your reverseT4
