I am still trying to access an Endo who is open to prescribing T3. I think my doctor may be persuaded to let me have it if I can prove a clinical need. I have the Thyroid UK list form Louise and note that most of the specialists are in London, which I don’t mind. Could anyone please PM me if they have consulted with any of the above Endos. I also note that a number of them are Homeopaths, is that the norm?
I am going it alone anyway but this is probably the only way I can get T3 on the NHS.
Any help would be appreciated,
Sophie. xx

Not all endos support prescribing T3 so check with their offices before confirming an appointment.
Before paying for a private consulatation and tests check with your GP that s/he will act on a recommendation from a private specialist. Some CCGs insist the recommendation should be from a NHS endo.
If members can recommend anyone they will send you a private message. Feedback can't be posted on the forum so I am closing your post to replies. To read a private message: support.healthunlocked.com/...
