I take Levo plus self sourced T3 and if those were my results I would add another 6.25mcg T3, give it a few weeks then see how your levels are and how you feel.
Are your vitamins and minerals optimal - Vit D, B12, Folate, Ferritin?
If you are taking T3 in any form then your results are read differently. TSH should be suppressed or even zero, FT4 can fall to halfway but FT3 reading should be high in range and the only accurate reading hence saying it is low.
Clara yes. I'm taking NDT and feeling good but my FT3 is nearer the top of the range. Taking NDT and happy with it I have no experience though of adding T3 to Levo but SeasideSusie has and has made a suggestion of what she thinks you should do. There are no hard and fast rules as it's really down to how a combination makes you feel and it's never a quick 'fix' but more off a try cautiously and see how you feel and what your bloods are then saying. May be look into SeassideSusie's suggestion and take it from there.
