Second one to show other part of test
Other test: Second one to show other part of test - Thyroid UK
Other test
As you can see your T4 was reasonable in Oct 2015.
Two months ago it was much improved - right at the top of he range.
It you post in future you could type results in for all tests on one post. Type range once then dates of results for each test done eg T4 ,TSH if it's any easier for you. Include any dose change and date; plus symptoms if any.

Hi Marcelle
Sorry, it's been a while since your previous posts that I followed & I forgot. I've been unwell Mon & Tues so not had time to look back today.
I wonder how your T4 got up so high in November as you aren't on Levothyroxine or any other Thyroid meds??
Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable than I will be along to comment on that.
I recall something about you waiting to see the Kidney Specialiast, is that right? Were you able to chase that up?
Not much time in your day really, as you are so unwell , so tired.
Are you on treatment now for the Pernicious Anemia and if so how often do you have the B12 injections? Are you under Haematology or do you go regularly to your GP Practice for monitoring and treatment. I think the nurse should do a home visit if you are so unwell.
When did you last speak to your GP about these symptoms?
I hope you get the full diagnosis, treatment and care you need, and are entitled to, very soon.
Thank you so much I have B12 every 12 weeks still waiting for appointment for renal at hospital will let you know
Marcelle
I commented on the frequency of your B12 injections for your Pernicious Anemia on your other post. I noticed Slowdragon had said your B12 was a bit low, considering you are on the Injections. Query this with GP, amongst other things?
You could phone hospital to ask when you will be seen. Try First Appointments Department and Renal Department secretary, ask how long the waiting list is and tell them how unwell you are.
Ask GP to "up" the referal priority (however I think the Consultant has final say - so, again, ask this via Secretary)?
My 3rd reply on this thread.
Marcelle how is your Sister, any news?
A while back you said doctor had ordered the Thyroid Antibodies blood tests.
Did you get the results to post?
When will you be in Eye Clinic next? It seems to me like you need someone to help you to access the investigations and treatment you need.
You could try finding the Out Patients Sister's (Manager's) Office and see if she can help. Other than that you really need to keep contacting your GP or take someone with you to see them. Tell them you are ill and can't go on like this.
Slowdragon did mention to query the frequency of your B12 injections.
Clutter mentioed TSHoma.
Ask GP about these?
If you make two lists to take to GP with you, one of your symptoms and the other your questions this might help - otherwise I forget something!
Do you know when you will be seen by Kidney Specialiast?
