I am currently on 112mcg Synthroid and tsh is 1.4 (.8 - 4.5). But my ft3 is not where I want it, it’s 3.2 (2.3 - 4.2), my ft4 is 1.2 (.8 - 1.8).
If I add 12mcg of Synthroid to my current dose of 112mcg Synthroid, will my tsh likely fall below 1.0? I just don’t want it to go too much below 1.0, because that is where I feel best.
Thank yo

For example, if I go under 2 for TSH I start having severe hyper symptoms and that is more miserable than anything that I've been through. And lab values can change day to day, week to week depending on so many factors...
