My latest results showed

Tsh 0.003

ft4 23.3 (12-22)

ft3 6.1 (3.1-6.8)

on125mcg levo and 12.5 T3. These above tests was done just after I had the flu. Could that have had an impact? Taken at 7.30am

On 112.5mcg levo 6.25 T3 results was

ft4 15.5 (10-19.8)

Ft3 4.9 (3.1-6.8)

Test taken at 9am.

All test taken empty stomach 24h since last levo and 12h since t3.

Reduced levo to 100mcg and increased t3 to 18.75. Am not feeling well at all. What can I do?

Been ill for 1,5 years and can't seem to find the right dose. Have Hashis since my tgab is high?

I would have reduced levo and left T3 the same or increased T3 just to 12.5 (half a tablet taken as 2 quarters). Are you gluten free?

Yes, I am. So you think 112.5levo as before would be enough to reduce?

Well, your previous results on just 112.5 levo were too low, so I should think so. What sort of unwell do you feel?

Sorry those results was on 112.5+6.25

Very tired

Can't exercise even cycle

Cold intolerance

Pounding heartbeat in ear

So try 112.5 levo + 12.5 T3 - t3 taken in two doses. And make sure that your supporting vitamins and minerals: ferritin, B12, folate, D3 are optimal and that you are getting enough magnesium.

If you feel any better but still hypo after a month, try 18.75 T3. Can help to take T3 in the wee small hours if you are ever awake then.

I couldn't cycle anyhow - no sense of balance!

Thank you. I just spotted another fault in my test results above. The first one I was taking 125mcg t4 12.5t3

Do you think I shall continue with 18.75 t3 for a couple of days when I increase levo or just drop it directly?

I would just try 112.5 levo and 12.5 T3 right away as the results on 125 levo and 12.5 T3 were pretty good, just free T4 was a teeny bit high.
