Four weeks is really too soon after an increase to test thyroid levels. I know it can be difficult to wait. The advice is always 6 weeks minimum
You do not appear to have Hashimoto's (autoimmune thyroid disease) as both antibodies are low. Though you can't rule it out 100%
However it's clear to see your vitamin levels are too low
Ferritin and vitamin D especially
B12 possibly low
So you should start vitamin D supplements. Aiming to get level up to around 100nmol. Better You vitamin D mouth spray is good. Perhaps try 2000iu or 3000iu daily. Retesting in 2-3 months
Ferritin, you might ask GP for full iron panel to check for Anaemia. Eating liver once a week should help improve levels
You might benefit from good vitamin B complex that contains folate
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, must remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Always take Levo on empty stomach and then nothing apart from water for at least an hour after. Many take on waking, but it may be more convenient and possibly more effective taken at bedtime

Many people find Levothyroxine brands are not interchangeable. Once you find a brand that suits you, best to make sure to only get that one at each prescription. Watch out for different brand with dose changes
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results
Would suggest you improve vitamins and retest in about two months.
Thank you for your reply.
I am really trying to learn as much as i can, as the doctors dont seem to get it!
So i feel the only way forward is private blood tests and self medicating.
So your help is really appreciated. Xx
Hello SlowDragon 😂

Selenium
I never knew about the biotin.
The dr has put me on two different brands ((cant remember names) of levo 50 and 25 do you think i should ask if i could just be on one brand?
