I think I've stabilised on 100mg thyroxine, next bloods due next week.
Have finally accepted this as I thought the symptoms where menopause and went to the gym, which helped for a while, but I had to throw the towel in when I thought I was going nuts.
Glad I saw my GP, I must of sailed through the menopause!!
I'm also glad I found this forum.💖💖💖💖

Arrange the blood test early in the morning when TSH is highest and fast (water only) as TSH drops after eating and drinking. Take 100mcg Levothyroxine after your blood test.
Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results
