Yes. Many of us get a pill box and fill it up with the week's dose. Therefore if you have a 'have I taken it moment' we can be reassured.

That is definitely me today! Added to the mix, taking antibiotics. I don't know if I'm coming, or going...

Hubby not impressed! Lol He suggested I write down times taken and to take. Oh Boy! I'm even in a muddle with that!

I'm the same at the mo I'm taking 8 steroids 3 antibiotics 2 thyroxine 2 dhyrocodeine a day so I've definitely put an alert on my phone to remind me of times lol x
