GPs are advised not to prescribe T3 without the recommendation of a NHS endocrinologist. If your GP agrees with your previous endo who prescribed T3 and doesn't agree with your current endo who withdrew it you GP can prescribe T3 if s/he sees fit.
I'm not sure why you are focusing on the withdrawal of 10mcg T3 when it is the reduction of Levothyroxine from 175mcg to 50mcg which is making you undermedicated.
