My Calcium has been low for quite a while now and I know that I have enough Calcium intake in my food so I’m wondering if it could be linked to my under active thyroid I’m also anemic and have slightly low folic acid does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Looks like it’s adequate it’s 65 nmo1/L
Needs to be 100-150nmol/L. You should supplement with D3. D3 aids absorption of calcium from food so your calcium level should rise (theoretically).
Ok Thank you for replying to my Question
What is your calcium level ? and have you had a parathyroid test to check for hypoparathyroidism ?
I had test done last October I’m terrible at asking questions so I’m not sure what they were for but they took bloods injected something into my leg then over the period of an hour took a further two blood tests, does this sound familiar?
