Low Calcium
Seconds ago I posted this link:

It explains that correcting B12 levels helps with parathyroid hormone - which is often the critical factor in low calcium.
Do you have any idea what your B12 level is?

You may need to supplement with magnesium. As magnesium helps the body absorb calcium. Most people with fatigue will be low in magnesium. I've found a great transdermal product: BetterYou 'Magnesium Oil' spray that should be fine to use
This is me too , I got my vit d level up to 169 from 27 and Doc had said my low calcium would probably go up but it was even lower when retested . I don't understand it . I am now taking a calcium suppl . Good luck
