Change your doctor as the one you have at present is useless.
The aim of levothyroxine is to bring the TSH to 1 or lower, not above range.
Both Frees are low in range when they should both be towards the upper part of the ranges.
Your antibodies are high and prove you have an Autoimmune Thyroid Disease called 'Hashimoto's. Antibodies can be stopped or lowered as they attack your thyroid gland and sometimes you might feel hyper when they attack the gland. You can reduce the antibodies by going gluten-free.
You need an immediate increase and a blood test in six weeks and so on until TSH is 1 with both frees in the upper part of the range.
We have to read, learn and ask questions if we want to recover and be free of clinical symptoms.

All blood tests have to be at the very earliest, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose of levothyroxine and the test and take afterards.
Doctor should also test B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate.
Low B12 can cause you to feel as if you are losing your mind as well as Low Thyroid .... a B12 result below 500 can result in neurological symptoms - see the link below. The whole website is packed with important information. B12 is more than a vitamin ....
