It's more likely the Graves which caused hair loss. My sister had little round bald patches from Graves before she had RAI. RAI didn't make the hairloss worse.
Post your recent thyroid results and ranges and members will advise whether you are optimally dosed. Being under or over medicated can cause hair loss. Low ferritin/iron can also cause hairloss so ask for ferritin to be checked. Ferritin needs to be >70 for hair regrowth.
