Another month off work 😞

Saw doc today he’s not letting me go back to work. He’s repeating full bloods inc Vit D but basically said although I was already being monitored for iron anemia, it was the viral meningitis and the infection that followed that have triggered a cascade effect on bloods leaving deficiencies etc and until that evens out he’s happy to just monitor thyroid ... not sure how understanding my work is going to be as I’ve been off since the end of September

You are too ill to work and if doctor signs you off, then you deserve time off to recuperate from your meningitis etc.
