Can you take Holy Basil at the same time as Levo?

I have high cortisol in the mornings and I'm not sure when I should take Holy Basil, as I also take Levo in the mornings. Please can anyone help? Thank you.

You cannot take anything at the same time as levo. You need to leave at least two hours between the Holy Basil and the levo. But, you could try taking your levo at night, two hours after your last meal. Then you could take your Holy Basil in the morning.

Thank you. Yes it looks like I'm going to have to start taking the Levo at night. I read on another post that on STTM it says that you can take Holy Basil at the same time as Levo/NDT but I haven't been able to find it on there.

I would take anything you read on STTM with a large pinch of salt.
