I'm on 150mcg of thyroxine I'm trying to work out how much of a dose of t3 I'm aware that I may have to reduce my thyroxine any help appreciated

I would reduce thyroxine by 50 and add 1/4 tablet of T3.
If you have 20mcg of T3 a half is equal to around 30mcg of of T4. If T3 tablet is 25mcg which is equal to around 100mcg of T3, half is 50mcg (always approx).i=
Take pulse/temp before adding T3 so you have a starting point. Sometimes we can feel quite hot and assume it's the new regime but will find neither have risen. If either does rise too much, reduce T3 by 1/4.
Keep in mind I am not medically qualified.
It would help members to make suggestions if you post your latest thyroid test results all done at the same time, presumably you want to add it to Levo:

FT4
FT3
I will have to get the latest results from my gp he did make a letter to be referred to a private endo so maybe my latest results maybe on there or I would have to wait for an appointment 🙄
I have nature throid 1grain so 9mcg of t3 and 38mcg of t4 ideally I think I should just take t3 on top of my thyroxine but maybe reduce that down

Without seeing your thyroid results and ranges no one can advise whether you are adequately dosed on 150mcg or whether you need to reduce dose when adding T3. If FT4 is very top of range I would reduce Levothyroxine dose by 25mcg and add 6.25mcg T3 (1/4 tablet) to see how you tolerate T3.
I'm hoping the results are on the letter if not I might ask the receptionist all I can go on is the Dr saying stay on 150mg for another 6 weeks as my levels were a bit high and he will check them again I've been on 150mg for 6 weeks before that I was on 200mg

I take T3 which is 25 mcg which I worked out to be around 75mcg of T4
