Absolutely you do. 50mcg is only a standard STARTER dose. Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after any dose change

The aim of Levothyroxine dose is to increase in 25mcg steps until TSH is around one and FT4 towards top of range and FT3 at least half way in range

Make an urgent appointment with GP and ask for 25mcg dose increase. Blood test to retest in 6-8 weeks

How long since this test was done. You should have been called in for dose increase

Have you also had vitamin D, folate, ferritin, and B12 tested? If not ask that they are tested

If you have results post them and ranges on here now

Do you have high thyroid antibodies? This is Hashimoto's also called autoimmune thyroid disease.

The TSH is far too high it should be under 1 the free T4 in the upper 1/3 of the range, which it is not.

50mcg is just a starter dose not a proper maintenance dose.

Your medication needs to be increased.

Other things you can do are are around vitamins and minerals but Seaside Susie is the expert on those.

I take vit D3 because I was defincient. I also went gluten free which helped. Levothyroxine did not suit me so I take NDT but you have a way to go yet to get optimised on it and most people find it works once they are on the correct dose, which you are not, hence your unpleasant and manifold symptoms.

Increases are 25mcg for 6 weeks then a blood test to see if there has been an improvement/is a need for further increase in medication.

I hope you are able to improve your current situation which is not conducive to good health. 🍀☘️🍀
