TSH 5.82 is over range so your GP should treat you. TSH between 5-10 is subclinical but technically you should be asymptomatic when subclinical. You are symptomatic so ask your GP to trial you on Levothyroxine.

Ask your GP to check ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate which are often low/deficient in hypothyroid patients and which can cause symptoms similar to hypothyroidism.
