Do you mean 'any kind of thyroid problem'? Because obviously they are thyroid results. However, impossible to comment without seeing the ranges. Ranges differ from lab to lab, and are necessary to interpret results.

T4 is 1.52 (0.70 TO 1.70)

TSH is .209 (0.3 TO 5.5)

Your daughter's TSH 0.209 is low but not yet suppressed and T3 is over range which indicates hyperthyroidism. Her GP should prescribe a low dose of Carbimazole to block production of T3 until your daughter can be referred to endocrinology for management.
