Both ears burning with bumpy and dry scaly appearance

Hi,

2 days ago I felt heat on both of my ears and slight swelling. Next day to my amazement, both outer ears got swollen, inflamed, itchy, dry and bumpy. I tried to wait it out expecting it will go away, nah next day it has got more intense and now extended to the backside of my ears as well. I cannot go to GP as applied for a new visa and cannot see them until new visa granted. I am quite worried about it as I am not taking any medicine orally. It cannot be due to an ear infection because it is on my both ears. It cannot be an external allergy as well, what is this then? I must mention I use Alpecin Caffeine shampoo once a week but I don't see it causing this simultaneously on both ears. I have no reaction on scalp where shampoo is expected to primarily impact in case of causing any side effects. What else can cause such severe rash like thing on both outer ears simultaneously? Definitely something inside body can trigger that reaction on both ears not an external cause, that's what I think. I need help.

Ask your pharmacist for advice. Pharmacist may be able to suggest a remedy. If you're in the UK I believe you can still see your GP without charge even if you don't have leave to remain.

Tomorrow I will check with pharmacist if I get any help. Yes I am in Uk but I can't be seen by GP as long as I don't get new visa confirmation as per general rule, they can entertain any patient on their discretion though. I am extremely disturbed by this allergic reaction or whatever this is. It is spreading towards the back of my head I will have to see a pharmacist. If anyone knows of such condition let me know plz.
