TRYING TO GET THE T3 MESSAGE ACROSS

Hi everyone

I have decided to try and enlist the services of my Niece who happens to be an MP in the Welsh government.

I have a rough idea on the number of Thyroid patients in Wales. I great number of these will be women. I have worked out the number 600,000 people.

I would like to email Lyn Mynott for her help regarding information details, figures etc.etc. also to find out if my idea is acceptable within the group.

Does anyone know how best to contact Lyn Mynott by email.

Time is important so if anyone can help I would be grateful.

I have tried to send my email to Lyn with the address given to me but it cannot be sent. She cannot be reached by the email address that I was given. Such a shame.

Bunnyjean,

Louise and I have posted the correct address. If you can get it to work please try louise.roberts@thyroiduk.org

I have tried 8 times now to send my letter to Lyn and to Louise but it just keeps on defaulting to the wrong ending. I have never had any trouble sending emails before, perhaps they don't want to receive them. I have now spent two/three hours on it. So it's a great pity for people wanting help with their T3 situation but I did try and who knows it could have worked out well.

Bunnyjean, It sounds as if you could be typing the address in wrongly, so maybe check that first. e.g. it's easy to put a comma between the first and last name instead of a dot (full stop).

Or, from what you've said, maybe your email app is defaulting to the old domain name of .org.uk instead of the current one which is .org (i.e. no .uk at the end).

It certainly isn't the fault of either Lyn or Louise at TUK :)

RedApple and Bunnyjean,

I have just sent test emails to Louise and to Lyn - both sent just fine. I copied and pasted the email addresses from further up the thread.
