I'm currently doing the Genova Comprehensive Adrenal Stress Profile saliva test and I'm worrying that it might not be accurate as my boyfriend came to bed at 12.30pm last night and woke me up. I then had to get up to go to the toilet and eat something. Usually, we are asleep by around 11pm, so I feel more tired and groggy than usual. Please can anyone let me know if this is likely to alter the cortisol levels? I don't know if I am just worrying too much.

I don't know is the honest answer. Why not do the test tomorrow just in case.
