Aching joints shoulders neck and feeling tired all the time

Hi I am new on here, I am suffering with aching all over and feeling tired all the time, all so very tearful and moody, and not sleeping, I know I am going through the menopause, but I feel it is something else aswell, as this has been going on for 3 years and getting worse. I have my blood results but don't understand them
