its been 11 months alost a year and people still think its fresh because its red like its the first month and its very noticable.will it stay like this?when i had it the first day the surgeon said that she needed to redo the stitches because they opened and the second tie she said she will do it better so the scar will be not even noticable.yet i havent seen even a little change.it bothers me that its red and i can see some veins.what if it will never go away?

Have you used anything in it to help it heal and fade? I used lots of Vitamin E oil and have also recently discovered Rio Rosa Mosqueta, which is simply pure Chilean Rose Hip oil, especially for scars, dry skin, fine lines etc. You can find it in good health stores or online. Worth a try and I am now using it all over my face. It disappears quickly into the skin and and is very nice too use. Hope this helps.

Hi, I am using SBC Propolis gel on my 5 week old scar, everyone says how well it is fading and healing. No nasty chemicals in and it smells lovely

I have scar tissue on the side of my neck from having a mole removed, which was raised and very red for a long time after. I eventually used Bio Oil for what must have been months on end but it worked. The redness went completely and it's only a little raised which you wouldn't notice.

Scar Away products are amazing for healing scars. I have used the silicone sheets as well as the gel. Bio Oil didn't do much for me.
