Can you please advise, if im taking NDT 8am, and again 6pm, for an accurate FT3 FT4 blood test in a morning do i skip the pm latter dose of the previous day, or do i skip the am and pm doses of the previous day?

You take your last dose of NDT 12 hours before your blood draw. So adjust timing to coincide with your appointment if necessary.
