MTHFR testing

Hi . Can anyone on here recommend somewhere who does genetic testing for MTHFR gene .. does blue horizon do it or ??

Perhaps try 23andme.com and then interpret with Strategene a programme devised by Dr Ben Lynch .

Dr Lynch is currently running an online course on 7 key genes that can negatively impact us but with strategic support can positively alter that gene expression e.g

MTHFR - Methylation

GST/GPX - Detox

COMT fast/slow - Brain

MAOA fast/slow - Brain

PEMT - Cell membranes/ Liver

NOS3 - Cardiovascular

DAO- Digestion

The Dirty Genes book will be launched at the end of January 2018

The course is enjoyable and relevant as I try to piece together how to optimise supplementation for me alongside testing.
