Can anyone tell me what my TSH level should be during pregnancy?

My levels are currently 1.45 not sure how often I should get my bloods done and what my levels should be during pregnancy. I’m currently 6 weeks 6 days.

On a positive note I’ve never slept better and woken up with such a spring in my step for years!

Thanks.

JHenderson,

Congratulations! Good to hear you're feeling so well.

TSH should be between 0.4 - 2.5 during the first trimester and 0.4 - 3.0 during the second and third.
