if you can give me some idea what is going on I would be greatfull
Just dashing out but will start the ball rolling. I think high FT4 is making them think you are over medicated but your FT3 is low by comparison so that suggests you aren't converting well. Just briefly glanced at the bits etc and they are pretty low so if you get B12, Vit D, folate and ferritin optimal, not just in range then you should see a marked difference but looking at months not weeks but that in my optimism is the best way to address the problem. Throwing FT3 into the mix I feel is just papering over the cracks. I e reversed mine and it's working well now and I'm very stable but it took about 5 months though I was improving during that time. Hope this helps.
Not sure why iron is so high though folate is low. And yes Vit D neads to be higher. Have a search for SeasideSusie's posts as great info on there re vitamins etc. Plus you shouldn't reduce thyroid meds as when D is higher and the others optimal then conversion should improve so FT4 will fall and FT3 increase though when that happens you will need to check that they are optimal.
Thank for your answer I will search out seasidSusies post
