Yes Slow Dragon I’m rewatching as much as I can. I especially like the stress sickness module- at about a minute she features a fantastic exercise guru who teaches some exercise & variations of them for all of us & our different energy/strength levels😃

I am part way through the Episodes and I am sure members will get lots of information which is made simple to understand.

It definitely should be watched and covers most of hypo/hyper/graves/hashi's/thyroid eye disease etc conditions and the symptoms which can occur before diagnoses and the damage that can happen if undiagnosed and/or wrong treatments and options for treatments.

Definitely a 'must watch video'. Most of us will agree with everything that is said in that (if) we are diagnosed and 'treated' but may not be healed and can get other types of autoimmune conditions.
