I’ve just gone online to check results of some blood tests I’ve had done by GP - one of which was thyroid function.
Saw endocrinologist in July who increased my dosage of levothyroxine to 75mcg (from 25/50 on alternate days for last 18 months or so).
As you can see, TSH has now flagged up as abnormal. Am due to see endo in Nov but am worried GP/he will reduce dose when I’m finally starting to fell less exhausted.
Should my dose be reduced??

No, it shouldn't. The TSH is irrelevant when you are on thyroid hormone replacement. Your doctors shouldn't dose you by it. Your FT4 is not over-range, so you are not over-medicated. It is just mid-range, which most people find is too low for them to feel well. So, you could possibly even need an increase in dose.
Requested repeat prescription of levothyroxine online - checked last night to find it's been rejected! It would have been nice if they’d contacted me directly to tell me. I’ll have to call GP on Monday to no doubt be told that dose is too high...
I’m due to revisit endo on 7th November so really don’t want GP to fart about with dose before then as endocrinologist blood tests will then be inaccurate.
I am starting to look at diet as now have high cholesterol for first time ever (in addition to high blood pressure for first time that they’ve medicated me for - indapamide) and have some gastric issues that they’ve also given me omeprazole for, much to my reluctance. Really frustrating as I’ve always avoided pill popping. I’m now attempting to be gluten free plus am trying to eat fermented foods (homemade yoghurt, sauerkraut and gluten free sourdough). I’m also eating oats, barley, lentils, beans and more fruit/veg to try to reduce cholesterol.
Does anyone know a way I can get TSH up before blood test to get GP to give prescription!?! (Already fast and have test first thing and take levo after test...)
Essential to improve vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
If any of these are too low (quite likely all of them are) then you can not use the thyroid hormones. Bloods appear ok or over treated but you remain hypo and feeling dreadful
Have you got recent tests for these
GP should NOT meddle with dose. You are being cared for by endo
TSH is largely irrelevant on Levo. As long as FT4 and FT3 are within range you are NOT over medicated
