Ivor Cummins on the Vitamin D Debarcle - long but worth the watch

I've gotten much from the wonderful people on this forum - Marz and SeasideSusie have provided much education and insight on the importance of vitamins and nutrition.

A spell of insomnia tonight and I found this great, though long, video. Absolutely worth watching to the end, he's got a very watchable delivery style.

Like the way he makes temperate significant. So surely low temperature is significant too.
