I filled it in last week and thought it was a bit odd that there was no feedback that I had submitted successfully. Did it again and realised that the process must have died just towards the end. Make sure you got confirmation when you fill it in. (I probably fluffed it because I was so riled by the time I got to the end - fortunately I had copied my essay into a word file so it wasn't lost).
