Cornflower7 We need to see your results including the reference ranges to comment.
Hopefully you've had FT4 and maybe FT3 tested as well. TSH on it's own is no enough.

Welcome to our forum Cornflower7 and am sorry you have hypothyuroidism.
75mcg is not too high a dose of levothyroxine. I hope you have had a blood test every six weeks since June? We should have a blood test with an increase of 25mcg every six weeks.
When you have a blood test it has to be the very earliest possible, fasting and you have to allow a gap of 24 hours between your last dose of levo and the test and take afterwards.
Always get a print-out from the surgery of your results along with the ranges for your own records and so that you can post if you have a query. We need the ranges in order to respond properly.
You need GP to test B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate too. We can be deficient which also causes symptoms.
