Levothyroxine 50 and Blood Sugar

Hi My TSH was 6.2 and the Dr suggested Levothyroxine 50 instead of Levo 20. I have noticed that with Levo 50 , my fasting blood sugar is 85 , where as with Levo 20 and without thryoid med, it was 96 -105 ( Again all normal).

Any connection with Levo and blood sugar?

Increasing Levothyroxine and other thyroid replacement can raise blood sugar. Diabetics may need to adjust their diabetes medication when Levothyroxine is adjusted.
