So my bloods have come back. They did my tsh and my vitamins as they cant do my T3 at my gp practice so il be asking my endo to provide that Friday.

My tsh was 5.8 six weeks ago and drumroll.....it's now 3.2 ! I SO hope this is a good sign. I have gone gluten free and (almost completely) dairy free. I also have gone from 62.5 to 75mg of Levo.

Many symptoms have eased apart from ALL cognitive / mental health symptoms are still very much the same ๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜” (these are the symptoms I want to go the most as I find the most debilitating!)

Will post full results of what I managed to get done tomorrow.

Excellent news. So pleased to hear. I'm not good at understanding all these different results but I'd say they are good. xxx

Have you increased your levothyroxine since your blood test? Most people don't feel well until their TSH is about 1.0 or a little lower.

Not yet I'm only on my second week at 75mg. I like to go up slowly. Otherwise it affects me badly!

Ok, so you've increased your levo a little to 75mcg on the basis of your last blood test results so going in the right direction. Slow is good for a lot of people.

I'm sure you will. It takes time to get all your ducks in a row but then it all comes together.

Progress! Recommend grain free though, as many non-wheat grains have protein structures very similar to gluten and which have the same effect. Watch-outs are wheat, rye, corn, millet, barley, emmer, einkorn and non-certified oats.

Well done though - looks like progress so letโ€™s see what the T3 is like. How you feeling in yourself?

Yeh I'm thinking that too. To be honest the only grains I'm still eating are rice and oats and not a lot of them at all.

I'm feeling a lot better in all ailments apart from the one that's affecting me the most - the dreaded brain fog / dissociative issues :/

Urgh. Empathy. My current version of that is being unable to find the words I need and just stopping in the middle of sentences. It sucks, but at least thereโ€™s an explanation ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Ahh I get that too empathy back at ya! I feel like I'm always looking at the world through a lens. I can't wait to one day have clear sight! Fingers crossed ๐Ÿคž

Have you had B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD tested ? Low B12 could be the cause of some of your symptoms ๐Ÿ˜Š
