t4 and T3 dosing advice

Hello,

If possibke, I am looking for some dosing advice please.

Am currently on 125mcg levothyroxine. My latest bloods are

TSH 1.61, T4 27 (12-22) and T3 4.6 (3.6-6.8)

As my t4 too high and T3 not optimal am thinking of adding in some T3 while dropping levothyroxine down to 112.5

Planned to add in 1/4 of a t3 tablet (6mcg)

Does this seem the best thing to do?

For info, my t4 when on 100 mcg levo only was 15.1and T3 was 3.61

Hoping 112.5 levo is a happy medium
