I was diagnosed last 2014 with hashimotos thyroiditis. Undergone total thyroidectomy on the same yr. and I just had my TSH exam last month and the result was too high. Normal TSH should be 0.1-4.2 but mine was 41. My doctor changed my meds dosage from 100 to 150. I just want to ask if it is possible for me to get pregnant with that TSH level?

There is a possibility that you could get pregnant - but it would far from ideal. The effects of low thyroid on the developing foetus can be very serious.

There are many, many posts here about pregnancy. In general, TSH below 2 is advised even by the medical establishment.
