If you took too much you'd feel too hot and with a fast pulse. If so, you'd reduce to your previous dose. What dose are you taking of T3?

18.75mcg I don't feel too hot and temperature is 36,7 in ear.

Have a hard heart beat when going up the stairs and sometimes otherwise too.

Hi - I have looked back at your earlier posts and it is extremely unlikely that you are over-medicated as ft3 was only 4.7 (3.1-6.8) on 12.5 before small increase.

If you are struggling with exertion it is much more likely to be linked with low ferritin for instance. I see that you have earlier said that "vitamins are ok" but you have never quoted numbers. Is that your GP's opinion that they are ok? If so then don't believe it, they all need to be fairly high, not just in range. If you have the numbers, then why not post them?

Thank you for your reply, that result was on Leno only before adding t3.

All those results are good in there ranges. I've been reading on this forum for a long time and know that they need to be high in range.

Fair enough - that's me told!

In that case, you really need a test of ft3. You really shouldn't keep on increasing dose without any idea of what your numbers are.

Thanks, I've just increased to 18,75 e days ago. Do you think I should go back to 12.5 until blood test?

I have no idea - you haven't had a test at all since starting t3 so nothing to compare to.

Does this indicate that I shall reduce dose? I'm not sure a test until 6 weeks.

No

The best way to judge if on too little or too much is by how our body reacts to a particular dose. If you are free of symptoms and feel 'normal' then you are on the right dose.
