No not necessarily

High TPO can be Hashimoto's or less common can be raised due to Graves.

It's all so confusing, I have high t4 low tsh and then this, doctor says graves! My heads mashed lol

Early stage Hashimoto's could give this too - though more likely high TSH and low T4

They should have tested at some point now or previously for TRab

Ask GP if TRab has been tested.

No, I don't think so as those are not only Graves antibodies- they are more commonly Hashomoto's antibodies. Thyroid stimulating immunoglobulin (TSI) and Thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody (TRAb) are the ones used to diagnose Graves, although many people with Graves have anti-TPO as well.
