I am feeling a bit disheartened ( sh*tty) today, things looked to be going in the right direction but my latest results are all worse . I take my medication religiously before I step a foot out of bed, I don't know what to do. I have a Heamatologist appointment Monday and the Endocrinologist got back to my GP and had more bloods pulled today to look at to see if we need an actual meeting or if he can just tell my GP what to do. 😢 I am now on 150 of Levo. I have Hashis and Pernicious Anemia.

HypoF3XXY,
There's no great mystery, FT4 and FT3 have dropped and TSH has risen because 150mcg is not enough. Your GP should increase dose to 175mcg and retest in 6 weeks. I think it is likely you may need a further dose increase to 200mcg.
Thyroid peroxidase (TPO) antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.

As PA is confirmed and B12 has dropped after loading dose you will need B12 injections at 2-3 month intervals to maintain levels. healthunlocked.com/pasoc are the experts re B12 deficiency and PA.
Folate and ferritin look fine.
Thank you, I just thought once on Levo levels would not rise again just stay or go down with more medication.
Can you say what medication you're taking, in which doses, and which supplements, if any? Are you having B12 injections or taking oral supplements for it? Folic acid?
