Leegadsby That's a good set of thyroid results for someone not diagnosed with a thyroid condition and your other post shows nice low antibodies. TSH below 2, mid range FT4 and good conversion showing with the good FT3 level.

From your previous posts, I'm wondering why you didn't do the vitamins and minerals tests as advised. Deficiencies come with their own symptoms which can be similar to hypothyroid ones, so it would have been best to follow the previous advice.

You also had a cortisol test which showed samples 2 and 3 high. Have you done anything about that? Interpretation of tests can be seen on Dr Myhill's website drmyhill.co.uk/wiki/Adrenal...

Did you do anything about seeing Dr Peatfield?

Hi susie, I have an appointment with dr peat field on the 20th he has a fairly long waiting list, I would like to now do a vitamin and mineral test, do they do a home kit ? Obviously I have a severe needle phobia, I know the cortisol test showed high results but don't know how to follow that up, I'm really confused as to what is going on now

Vitamins and minerals come as part of thyroid bundles as a fingerprick test, you will need 2 microtainers rather than one to ensure there is enough blood.

I'm sure Dr P will suggest something for your high cortisol. Just remember to take all your test results when you go.
