Hi, in short I have been keeping my TSH down in the normal range with synthroid. I got pregnant and ended up doubling my dose by the end of my pregnancy. At my 6 week checkup I was hyper do my Dr dropped my dose to what I was on before I was pregnant, 70mcg. Now at 4 months post partum my TSH is 88 and I feel awful. Full lab panel in photo.

I think your doctor might review the medication and increase it. Pregnancy can impact on hormones obviously.

Presumably, your TSH is so high because your FT3 is very low. But, you don't have a result for FT3. Your FT4 is below range, so that would send it up quite high. You really need an FT3 test and an increase in dose!

Well, you are now very obviously undermedicated with under range FT4 and sky high TSH, so you need a dose increase.
