Replies to T3 pms not going through

Hi,

I've sent a few messages to people via pm. Some have gotten back to me weeks later to say they had not seen the message come up. These were generally members asking for reliable T3 sources. Has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe they didn't see the notification bell at the top of the screen signalling that a message had been received? Depending on their device, it's more obvious on some than others.

Notification emails from Health Unlocked sometimes go to Primary folder, sometimes to Promotions folder on my tablet. Unless they're in the Primary folder I wouldn't know I've received one as I rarely look at the Promotions folder.

Thank you for clarifying. I thought maybe I should have mentioned pm ing on the OP but I'm sometimes to late before the post is closed with instructions on how to pm. (If that makes sense)! Ebony

The PM must have gone through for the member to have replied. I suspect what they meant is that they didn't notice the on-site notification or email notification they were sent.

If they were new members they may not realise that if there has been responses to their question there is a red bell at the top of the screen as SeasideSusie has stated.

Hi Ebony, just to confirm your pm reached me fine, but the order the pm's were coming was very strange. I get email notifications too when there is a reply to my posts or a pm has come in. Sometimes I get the email before the bell appears.
